How to Make Turkey in a Convection Oven

Turkey Garlic Butter Herbs

Rub the turkey in garlic herb butter.

Melt the butter and mix it with garlic and dried herbs. Put the fresh herbs inside the cavity of the bird and set the turkey on the rack of a roasting pan.

Roast the turkey in the convection oven.

Set the convection oven to 350 degrees and roast the turkey until it reaches 165 degrees in the thickest part of the breast.

Let the turkey rest.

Give the roasted turkey a chance to rest so the juices can redistribute. 

 Slice, serve and enjou!
