Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Ingredients for Convection Oven Turkey

Potatoes Melted butter Cream Garlic Parmesan Cheese

Bake the Potatoes

Pierce all over the outside of the potatoes with a fork. Bake them until tender and let them cool enough to handle.

Scoop the potatoes out of the skins.

Add the fluffy insides of the baked potatoes to a mixing bowl.

Mix the potatoes.

Beat the potatoes with melted butter, cream, garlic, and Parmesan cheese until the mixture is creamy and well incorporated.

Transfer to a casserole dish.

Spread the baked potato mixture out into a casserole dish you've sprayed with nonstick spray.

Top with cheese and buter.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top of the twice baked potato casserole and spread out pats of butter evenly on top.

Bake the twice baked potato casserole.

Bake the casserole until the cheese and butter melts and the top of the casserole is golden.
