Easy Turkey Pesto Panini Sandwich

Ingredients for Turkey Pesto Panini Sandwiches

Bread Butter Pesto Cheese Tomatoes Turkey

Butter one side of the bread.

Leave one side of the bread unbuttered so you can spread pesto on it.

Spread the pesto.

Spread pesto liberally on the unbuttered side of 4 slices of bread.

Build the Caprese Panini Sandwiches.

Layer on sliced cheese followed by tomato followed by turkey and then pile on one more layer of cheese.

Close and cook the paninis.

Place another slice of bread on top of the last layer of cheese, pesto side down. Cook the paninis in a grill pan greased with olive oil and a press on top.
