Peach Wine Slushies
Peach wine slushies are the ultimate frozen cocktail. With frozen peaches, sweet wine, and a touch of peach schnapps, you’ll want to blend up a big batch of these and sip them on your porch or patio all spring and summer long.

Ah, peach wine slushies. (If you are just here for the recipe, feel free to skip ahead to the tips and tricks because I’m about to go all stereotypical food blogger on you and tell you all about how this drink is so nostalgic for me. Consider yourself warned.)
Ingredients and Kitchen Supplies
Making these peach wine slushies is super easy, you just need three things:
- Peaches – We use frozen peaches to give the smoothies a very smooth consistency. You could also use fresh or canned if you prefer, but then you will need to add in ice to make the slushies.
- Sweet White Wine – We’re not super into wine, so we ussually pick the most 8-ish bottle of wine. However, you can use your favorite.
- Peach Schnapps – You can use your favorite brand of peach schnapps.
We recommend getting a decent blender if you plan to do lots of frozen cocktails and smoothies.
We replaced our old cheap one with a Ninja, which works great.
How to Make Peach Wine Slushies
1. Measure and blend.
This is super simple.
Measure out your peaches, white wine, and peach schnapps and add them to your blender.
Blend the mixture until the consistency is smooth and creamy.
2. Pour your glasses.
For our glasses, we use a super easy technique to add a frosted rim.
Dip your wine glass in a small dish of water and gently shake off any excess.
Next, dip your wine glass into a small bowl of sugar, gently swirling it.
This allows the sugar to coat the rims, giving it a frosted look.
If you don’t want to do this, you can serve the slushies with a mint garnish, a wedge of peach, or just in a simple wine glass.
Serving
Serve peach wine slushies immediatley after mixing them.
They do not really “store” so drinking them when you make them is the best thing to do here.
You can serve these on a hot day or anytime of year when you want a taste of summer.
Tips and Tricks
- Serve the peach wine slushies fresh when you make them. They do not really save well, so your best bet is to drink up once you make them.
- Use frozen peaches to give it the most smooth and creamy texture. If using ice, you want about 1 cup of ice.
- If the slushie is too thick, you can add a bit more wine or schnapps. If it is too thin, you can add more peaches or ice.
