Authentic Italian Meatballs

Ingredients for Homemade Meatballs

Ground beef Breadcrumbs Parmesan Cheese Egg Garlic Milk Spices

Mix the meatball ingredients together.

Add all the ingredients for the meatballs into a large mixing bowl. Use your clean hands to mix them together until combined.

Shape the meatballs.

Using your hands or a large cookies scoop, roll equal sized meatballs from the meat mixture.

Brown the meatballs.

Heat a few tablespoons of olive oil in large pan over medium heat. Sear the meatballs on each side for about 2 to 3 minutes per side, flipping them until most of the meatballs' surface is brown.

Finish the meatballs in sauce.

Add the meatballs into a pot of spaghetti sauce or pour the sauce directly into the meatball pan. Bring the sauce to a simmer and let the meatballs cook until cooked through in the sauce.
