Baked Gnocchi with Pesto Sauce

Ingredients for Gnocchi with Pesto Sauce

Gnocchi Olive Oil Garlic Powder Salt and Pepper Parmesan Cheese Pesto Sauce

Season the Gnocchi.

In a large bowl toss the gnocchi with the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese until it is evenly coated.

Put the gnocchi on a sheetpan.

Spread the gnocchi out on a sheet pan lined with foil and sprayed with nonstick spray. 

Bake the gnocchi.

Put the sheet pan gnocchi in the oven and let it bake until it gets golden brown.

Toss the gnocchi with pesto.

Once the gnocchi is golden brown, take it out of the oven and put it into a large bowl. Toss it with pesto until it's coated. Sprinkle on shredded Parmesan cheese if desired.
