Ingredients for Caprese Salad with Burrata

Tomatoes Burrata Basil Balsamic vinegar Honey

Halve the tomatoes.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half so they release some juice and are perfect bite sized pieces in the burrata caprese salad.

Assemble the Caprese Salad.

Lay down the halved cherry tomatoes on a serving platter. Add the burrata and fresh basil on top.

Make the balsamic glaze.

Whisk the honey and balsamic vinegar together in a small sauce pan and cook until it thickens.
