Ingredients for Honey Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Pumpkin seeds Olive oil Honey Spices– Ground cinnamon and sea salt.

Scoop the seeds out of the pumpkin.

Clean out the pumpkin as if you were making a Jack O'Lantern or use the seeds from your carved pumpkin.

Season the pumpkin seeds.

Rinse the seeds well and pat them dry. Then toss them with the olive oil, honey, salt, and cinnamon,

Bake the pumpkin seeds.

Spread the seasoned pumpkin seeds out on a baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with nonstick spray.

Flip the pumpkin seeds and let them cool.

Flip the pumpkin seeds halfway through cooking. When they are golden, pull them out of the oven and let them cool.
