Ingredients for Jalapeno Popper Dip

Jalapenos

Half and Half

Cheddar

Cream Cheese or Mascarpone

Garlic

Butter

Saute the jalapenos and garlic.

Saute the jalapenos and garlic.

Melt the butter over low heat. Then saute the jalapenos and garlic until they are just fragrant.

Stir in the half and half.

Add the half and half.

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the half and half.

Fold in half of the cheddar cheese.

Stir in the cheddar cheese.

Return to the heat. Make like David Rose and fold in half the cheddar, stirring until it is melted and incorporated.

Stir in the cream cheese.

Melt the cream cheese into the jalapeno dip.

Once the cheddar is incorporated, stir in the cream cheese or mascarpone cheese until it's melted.

Finish the jalapeno popper dip.

Top the dip with shredded cheese.

Top the pan with the rest of the shredded cheddar cheese. Then broil for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Garnish and serve.
