Lobster Scampi Linguine

Ingredients for Lobster Scampi

Lobster tails Linguine Butter White wine Garlic Salt and Pepper Lemon juice Parsley Parmesan

Cook the linguine.

Cook the linguine according to the directions on the package. Drain.

Cut the lobster meat.

While the linguine cooks, cut the lobster tails down the center using kitchen shears. Pull the shells apart to remove the meat. Cut the meat into bite sized pieces.

Saute the lobster.

In a large pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the garlic and saute just until fragrant. Add the lobster and saute briefly before deglazing the pan with white wine.

Add the lemon juice.

Let the wine simmer in the pan with the lobster for about 2 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and squeeze in the lemon juice.

Add the linguine to the sauce.

Add the cooked linguine to the lobster scampi sauce and gently toss it with the pasta until the pasta is evenly coated.

Garnish.

Sprinkle on fresh parsley and parmesan cheese.
