Ingredients for Gnocchi Alla Sorrentina

Gnocchi Crushed Tomatoes Fresh Mozzarella Fresh Basil Garlic Olive Oil Red Pepper Flakes Salt Pepper

Prepare the Gnocchi

Prepare the gnocchi by boiling a pot of water and placing the gnocchi in the water. Once about 6 or so start to float, drain the water or remove the gnocchi with a slotted spoon.

Make the sauce.

While you heat the water, prepare the sauce by placing the olive oil and crushed garlic into a large oven-safe pan. Saute for about 1 to 2 minutes before adding the crushed tomatoes.

Add boiled gnocchi to the sauce and gently mix.

Mix the gnocchi into the sauce and preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Bake the gnocchi and sauce.

Bake the gnocchi and sauce for about 15 minutes or until the cheese becomes bubbly. Remove from the oven and mix in some fresh basil.

Scoop into bowls, top with parmesan cheese, and enjoy!
