Ingredients for Raspberry Champagne Cocktails

Sugar Water Raspberries Raspberry liqueuer Sparkling white wine

Make Raspberry Simple Syrup.

Dissolve the sugar and water in a saucepan set over medium heat. Add the raspberries and cook until they break down. Strain and chill.

Rim the glasses with sugar.

Dip the rims of the glasses into water. Then dip the damp edges of the champagne or wine glasses into a shallow bowl of sugar.

Make the raspberry champagne cocktails.

Add equal parts raspberry liqueur or vodka and raspberry simple syrup to the bottom of the glasses. Top with champagne.
