Ingredients for Roasted Broccoli and Carrots

Broccoli Carrots Garlic Olive Oil Red Pepper Flakes

Cut the broccoli and carrots.

Slice baby carrots in half lengthwise or peel and cut full carrots into rouds. Cut larger florets. Place them all in a alrge mixing bowl.

Mix the broccoli and carrots.

Toss all the ingreients together in the bowl until well-coated.

Spread on parchment lined baking sheet.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and evenly spread the broccoli and carrots over it.

Roast the broccoli and carrots.

Place the broccoli an carrots in the oven and roast until the broccoli starts to brown and the carrots get softer.

Serve with your favorite main dishes.

Remove the broccoli and carrots from the oven, spoon into a serving bowl, and serve with your favorite main dishes.
