Core the pineapple.

Core and chop the pineapple. Chop the rest of the fruit and remove the stem and seeds from the jalapeno.

Add the pineapple, mango, onion, pepper, jalapeno, lime juice, and cilantro the food processor. Pulse.

Add the chopped fruit and veggies into a food processor.

Taste and season.
