Chicken Caesar salad is so yummy, but its often not the most portable of lunch choices.

Tucking that all up in a soft wrap solves that problem.

But don’t feel like you have to reserve these wraps for lunch on the go.

They make a really yummy way to turn a salad into a meal you don’t need a knife and fork for.

In our house, that gets kids to the table.

Because knives and forks are boring and overrated when you can eat with your hands.

Obviously.

Plus while you’d eat a chicken Caesar salad by itself or maybe with some garlic bread, a wrap just sets itself up for sides.

Fries! Chips! Carrot sticks! Fruit salad! Pasta salad!

The possibilities are endless.

And last but not least, you can totally short cut this wrap with a bagged salad kit and some rotisserie chicken or you can make this one of the best chicken Caesar wraps you’ve ever had with all homemade ingredients.

  • A chicken Caesar wrap works best served fresh when made, but it will store for a few days. The longer it sits, the more moisture the wrap will release and the more the lettuce will wilt.
  • Buffalo chicken is just one variation you can try. Jerk chicken, cajun style, and various grilled chicken variations can all make excellent choices for adding flavor to the wraps.
  • If using freshly made chicken hot off the grill, let it cool slightly before adding to the wrap.
