Chicken Caesar Wrap

A chicken Caesar wrap takes all the bold, creamy flavors of the classic salad and tucks them into a soft tortilla for a quick, satisfying meal. It’s perfect for lunch on the go, a light dinner, or an easy meal prep option packed with protein and crunch.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 head romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup croutons
  • 1/4 cup shaved parm cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the lettuce.
  • Break the lettuce into smaller pieces.
  • Place the lettuce, croutons, chicken, parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing, and pepper in a bowl and toss together until well combined.
  • Place about half the salad in the center of a tortilla wrap in an elongated pile. Make sure to leave about 1 inch of space on either end.
  • Fold the ends in towards the Caesar salad.
  • Holding the folds on the ends, fold one side towards the middle.
  • Once folded over, roll the tortilla wrap, sealing the chicken Caesar salad in the center.
  • If needed, add more or take out some of the Caesar salad to either better fill or make it easier to roll.
