Make the blueberry simple syrup by whisking the water and sugar together in a small pot over medium low heat until the sugar dissolves.

Add the blueberries to the sugar water mixture, and bring them to a simmer. Let the blueberries simmer until they burst. As soon as they burst, remove the pan from the heat and strain the mixture over a jar, discarding the berry pieces.

Making Individual Cocktails: Option 1
Pour one ounce of limoncello and 1 ounce of vodka into individual glasses filled with ice and then pour blueberry lemonade over top to fill each glass.
Making Big Batch Blueberry Vodka Lemonade Cocktails
Pour 8 ounces (1 cup) of limoncello and 8 ounces (1 cup) of vodka into the pitcher of blueberry lemonade, stir, and then pour into individual glasses filled with ice.
To Garnish (Optional)
You can dress up your drinks by adding a few mint leaves to the glasses, putting a lemon wedge on each glass, and adding some fresh blueberries to each glass.
