- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 1.5 tablespoons dijion mustard
- 5 pound ham or spiral ham
Combine orange juice, brown sugar, and dijion mustard in a small sauce pan.
Heat over medium high heat, whisking frequently, until the brown sugar dissovles fully.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Optional: Slice your ham about 3/4s of the way down, leaving it still connected at the bottom.
Use a spoon or basting brush to spread the 3-ingredient ham glaze all over the top, side, and into the slices of the ham.
Bake the ham at 350 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees.
Remove from oven and allow it to rest.
Carve and serve with your favorite sides.
