Equipment

  • 1 Set of measuring cups and spoons
  • 1 basting brush or spoon
  • 1 meat thermometer This is optional but the safest way to know if your ham is done.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1.5 tablespoons dijion mustard
  • 5 pound ham or spiral ham

Instructions

  • Combine orange juice, brown sugar, and dijion mustard in a small sauce pan.
  • Heat over medium high heat, whisking frequently, until the brown sugar dissovles fully.
  • Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Optional: Slice your ham about 3/4s of the way down, leaving it still connected at the bottom.
  • Use a spoon or basting brush to spread the 3-ingredient ham glaze all over the top, side, and into the slices of the ham.
  • Bake the ham at 350 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees.
  • Remove from oven and allow it to rest.
  • Carve and serve with your favorite sides.
