Our super easy buffalo chicken wing recipe tastes much better than any of the commercial bottles of buffalo sauce you can find. With only three ingredients and aboout 5 minutes of time, you can make this recipe any time you want.
1.25cupscayenne hot sauce (Frank's Red Hot is the clear winner)
4clovesgarlic
1/4teaspoonsea salt
Instructions
Melt the butter over medium heat in a small sauce pan.
Once melted, add in the minced or crushed garlic and saute for about 1 to 2 minutes or until it becomes fragrant.
Remove from heat and whisk in the hot sauce.
Serve tossed with wings, drumsticks, or your favorite food to buffalolize.
Notes
The salt is optional. Taste the wing sauce first and add it if you'd like.Do not freeze this recipe. Store it in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week.This recipe makes enough to coat about 4 pounds of bone in wings.
