Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

This creamy chicken Caesar pasta salad recipe combines fresh or store-bought ingredients for an easy lunch or side.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces pasta (small pasta, like bowtie or macaroni)
  • 1/2 pound grilled chicken
  • 3/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chopped romaine hearts (remove as much of the green as possible)

Instructions

  • Prepare your pasta according to the package instructions for firm, ussually about 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Drain, rinse, and allow the pasta to cool completely.
  • Either prepare you chicken, Caesar dressing, and croutons or gather your ingredients. (See notes for links to our grilled chicken, Casesar dressing, and croutons recipes if you want to make your own!)
  • Wash and dry the romaine lettuce hearts and cut the thicker white parts into small, bite-sized pieces.
  • Add your pasta, chicken, dressing, croutons, chopped romaine lettuce, and parmesan cheese to a large mixing bowl.
  • Use tongs or a spoon to mix until fully combined.
  • Serve as a side or main dish for lunch or dinner.
