Easy Cheese Quesadilla

Ingredients

  • 2 flour tortilla shells
  • 1/2 cup Mexican or cheddar cheese
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil or butter

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add in the olive oil or butter and coat the pan.
  • Place a single tortilla shell into the skillet.
  • Sprinkle the cheese evenly over top and cover with the second tortilla shell.
  • Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the bottom becomes golden brown.
  • Carefully flip and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until the bottom turns golden brown.
  • Remove from the skillet and allow to cool for about a minute before slicing and serving.
