Easy Grilled Zucchini

1 large zucchini 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning 1/4 teaspoon salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (to taste, you can omit)
Wash and dry your zucchini.
Cut off the ends of the zucchini.
Slice the zucchini into roughly 1/2 inch thick rounds.
Add zucchini, olive oil, and seasonings to a large mixing bowl.
Use tongs to carefully toss the zucchini to fully coat each piece in olive oil and seasonings.
Heat your grill pan to medium to medium-high heat.
Add the zucchini to the pan, leaving a small amount of room between each round.
Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes or until char lines appear.
Carefully flip each round and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until char lines appear.
Remove from heat and serve hot from the grill with your meal.
