Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

1 cup Caesar dressing 1 cup croutons 2 heads romaine lettuce 1 cup grilled chicken 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning blend 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper 1 cup parmesan cheese
Cut the chicken breast into small chunks or leave whole.
Toss the chicken with lemon juice, olive oil, Italian seasoning blend, garlic powder, and salt and pepper until well coated.
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. If desired, spray with a nonstick spray.
Grill one side of the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes.
Flip the chicken and grill an additional 3 to 4 minutes or until the interior of the chicken reaches 165 degrees.
Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
As the chicken rests, rinse and dry the romaine lettuce and toss with the dressing, croutons, and parmesan cheese in a large salad bowl.
Top the salad with the grilled chicken and more parmesan cheese and dressing if desired.
