Ham and Cheese Biscuits

Ham and cheese biscuits are an easy kid friendly way to use up leftover ham. These cheesy biscuit sandwiches make a yummy easy lunch or dinner the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup of chopped ham
  • 1 1/4 cup of shredded cheese
  • 8 canned biscuits

Instructions

  • Cut the biscuits in half to open them as if they were hamburger buns.
  • Set the biscuit bottoms on a tray lined with foil.
  • Put ham and cheese onto the bottom of each biscuit.
  • Place the top of the biscuit on each filled biscuit.
  • Press the sides together to seal the filling into the biscuits.
  • Bake the biscuits at 350 for 15 to 16 minutes or until the tops of the biscuits are golden. Enjoy!
