Homemade Corn Tortilla Chips - Air Fryer and Baked

- 2 corn tortillas (for the air fryer, for the oven use as many as fit on a tray)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 non-cook spray
For Air Fryer Corn Tortilla Chips
Cut corn tortillas into four equal chips by making a cut down the middle and then cutting each half in half.
Spray each side of the corn chips with non-cook spray or oil.
Sprinkle a small amount of salt on each side.
Place in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each chip.
Fry for 6 minutes at 375 or until they turn golden brown. Shake the basket about halfway through cooking.
Allow to cool and serve.
For Baked Corn Tortilla Chips
Cut corn tortillas into four equal chips by making a cut down the middle and then cutting each half in half.
Spray each side of the corn chips with non-cook spray or oil.
Sprinkle a small amount of salt on each side.
Line a baking sheet with foil and give a quick spray with non-stick spray.
Place chips onto tray without over-lapping the chips.
Bake for 8 minutes at 400 degrees.
Flip the chips and bake for an additional 8 minutes or until the chips turn golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow them to cool before serving.
