This quick, no cook peppermint mocha creamer adds a refreshing flavor to your coffee. Or you can use it to make a peppermint mocha latte.

Equipment

  • 1 Set of measuring cups and spoons
  • 1 mason jar with lid or other sealable container

Ingredients

  • 2 cups half and half or other type of cream or milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 2 tablespoons Hershey's syrup or other chocolate syrup

Instructions

  • Pour the peppermint extract, Hershey's syrup, and half and half into a mason jar or small bowl.
  • Mix all the ingredients together until well-blended.
  • Taste the peppermint creamer. If you want more peppermint or chocolate flavor, add in a small amount of either peppermint extract or Hershey's syrup, mix to combine, and taste.
  • Pour about 1 to 2 tablespoons into your favorite coffee, use it to make a peppermint mocha latte, or store in the fridge when done.
