of uncooked quinoa

bay leaf
Instructions
Rinse the quinoa in a fine mesh strainer under running water to remove debris.
Add the rinsed quinoa to the inner liner of the Instant Pot.
Pour in 2 cups of water and add a bay leaf.
Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and pressure cook on manual high pressure for 1 minute. When the pot beeps, do a natural release for 13 minutes.
Quick release any remaining pressure. Remove lid. Fluff and serve.
