Instructions
Wash and peel your peaches. You can also keep the skin on the peaches if you like.
Wash the peppers.
Cut the peppers, onion, and peaches into bite-sized pieces.
Mince the cilantro with a knife or kitchen sheers.
Place the diced veggies, cilantro, and peaches in a large mixing bowl.
Squeeze the juice of one lime over top of the salsa.
Gently mix the ingredients together until well combined.
Serve with your favorite chips, tacos, or quesadillas.
