Peach Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 peaches
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 1 lime's juice
  • 1/3 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Wash and peel your peaches. You can also keep the skin on the peaches if you like.
  • Wash the peppers.
  • Cut the peppers, onion, and peaches into bite-sized pieces.
  • Mince the cilantro with a knife or kitchen sheers.
  • Place the diced veggies, cilantro, and peaches in a large mixing bowl.
  • Squeeze the juice of one lime over top of the salsa.
  • Gently mix the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Serve with your favorite chips, tacos, or quesadillas.
