Smores Brownies

- 1 box brownie mix
- 2 cups minimarshmallows
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 cups chopped graham crackers
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Prepare your brownie mix according to the package instructions. You will typically need an egg, oil, and water.
Spray a 9.5x11 inch baking pan with non-stick spray. Scrap the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake the brownies for 15 minutes.
As the brownies cook, chop up the graham crackers (and chocolate bars and large marshmallows if you are using them).
Place the chocolate chips, minimarshmallows, and chopped graham crackers into a large bowl and thoroughly mix together.
Remove the brownies from the oven (they will not be fully cooked yet).
Spread the chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker mix over the top of the brownies, evenly distributing it.
Place the brownies back into the oven and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
Allow to cool before cutting and serving.
