Smores Brownies

Easy smores brownies that do not take a seasoned baker to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 2 cups minimarshmallows
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cups chopped graham crackers

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Prepare your brownie mix according to the package instructions. You will typically need an egg, oil, and water.
  • Spray a 9.5x11 inch baking pan with non-stick spray. Scrap the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake the brownies for 15 minutes.
  • As the brownies cook, chop up the graham crackers (and chocolate bars and large marshmallows if you are using them).
  • Place the chocolate chips, minimarshmallows, and chopped graham crackers into a large bowl and thoroughly mix together.
  • Remove the brownies from the oven (they will not be fully cooked yet).
  • Spread the chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker mix over the top of the brownies, evenly distributing it.
  • Place the brownies back into the oven and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool before cutting and serving.
