The Best Peach Mimosas (with Peach Schnapps)

Sweet peach mimosas are a delicious update to the classic brunch drink. With sparkling champagne, peach nectar, orange juice, and a splash of schnapps, these cocktails are perfect for any special warm weather occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of orange juice
  • 1 33.8 ounce container of peach nectar
  • 1 bottle of your favorite sparkling white wine
  • 8 ounces of peach schnapps optional

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher, stir the orange juice and peach nectar together.
  • Pour the juice mixture equally into champagne glasses, filling each glass a little less than halfway up.
  • Add an ounce of peach schnapps to each glass (if using).
  • Fill the glasses the rest of the way with bubbly.
  • Enjoy!
