My kids are pretty picky.
Wait, let me rephrase.
My daughter is VERY picky.
The older son, however, is not.
But it’s a challenge coming up with something that isn’t tacos or pizza or chicken nuggets that they will eat.
These biscuit sandwiches though did the trick!
They loved them and even loved helping to make them.
But as evidenced by my son, they loved eating them even more!

- Ham– This is the perfect round two recipe for using up leftover ham from this brown sugar ham or this Ham with Honey GlazeDon’t have leftovers to use up? Use deli ham or substitute another meat like turkey instead.
- Cheese– We use shredded cheddar because that’s what our family prefers but you could use any cheese you prefer.
- Biscuits– The biscuits like Pillsbury that come from a can in the refrigerated section. You can use any variety of these you like.
And that’s it! Super simple.

This is so easy to make!
To do it:
1. Prep the biscuits.

2. Stuff the biscuits.
Put ham and cheese onto the bottom of each biscuit. Then place the top of the biscuit on each filled biscuit. Press the sides together to seal the filling into the biscuit.
